Long time no see - now we're back and we're back at Furouen!!
In the pas post i already explained what is Furouen, so be sure to read that one first!
This time, we look at something different - an ume fruit!
We all know that Furouen produces some of the finest ume flower in Japan, but at here thay can produce ume fruit too!
If you eat it raw, the taste is awful! Trust me, i tried and i regretted it!
But if you make a juice from ume fruit, the taste is awesome!
How you do that?
Easy! You make a fermentation from it!
First, you have to take a seed from the fruit. After that, put the fruit into a jar. Finally, put the fruit with sugar, and close the jar. Viola!
Now you have to wait from 10-14 days, and the juice is ready to be served!
The juice's taste is surprisingly sweet! and it's great with soda!
